Women and children are the most vulnerable members of society in terms of economics and public health. Among them, newborns and their mothers are most at risk.

In 2006, EugeneBell began studying ways to improve maternal and infant health. Areas currently under consideration include assistance to support healthy deliveries, pre-natal and infant nutrition, and pediatric care. Updates on this new program will be posted as soon as they are available.
