Eugene Bell Foundation Introduction Since its inception, EugeneBell has been committed to providing humanitarian service to North Korea. We particularly focus on delivering medical aid to North Korean patients suffering from sicknesses such as tuberculosis.   EugeneBell’s Aid Programs For 15 years since its founding, EugeneBell has supported at least 80 medical institutions throughout North Korea in its effort to eradicate tuberculosis and improve general health.
