Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions, procedures, rights, and obligations, relating to the use of the website ("the Site") operated by the Eugene Bell Foundation ("the Foundation").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. Supporter: An individual who agrees with the purpose of the Foundation and desires to assist the Foundation’s work.
2. Visitor: An individual who does not register as a supporter but accesses and utilizes information on the Site.
3. Site: All online features and information provided by the Foundation.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted by the Foundation on the Site.
2. The Foundation may revise these Terms as it deems appropriate.
3. All amendments made by the Foundation will apply to existing supporters and visitors when posted on the Site by the Foundation.

Article 4 (Supporter Registration and Withdrawal)

1. Individuals wishing to become supporters must submit the required information in the prescribed manner as indicated on the Site and agree to these Terms, including all amendments made by the Foundation.
2. Supporters may withdraw their registration at any time by notifying the Foundation on its website.
3. By registering on the Foundation’s Site, supporters do not acquire any rights or responsibilities regarding management or decision-making, which always remains solely with the Board of Directors.

Article 5 (Obligations of Supporters)

1. Supporters must not use another person’s information or enter false or misleading information.
2. When posting or participating in Site activities, supporters must not infringe upon the rights of others, defame the Foundation or any third party, spread false information, or engage in conduct contrary to the Foundation’s purpose.

Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. The Foundation will make all reasonable efforts to protect the personal information of supporters and visitors in compliance with relevant laws.

Article 7 (Management of Postings)

1. If supporters or visitors post content that in the opinion of the Foundation is defamatory, infringes on copyrights, is false, or otherwise inappropriate, the Foundation may delete or restrict such postings without prior notice and take other appropriate action.

Article 8 (Copyright Ownership and Restrictions)

1. All content on the Site is the exclusive property of the Foundation and may not be used in any way without prior written approval from the Foundation.
